I would assume they are taken on a digital camera, and not a video camera...saves the right to QT and no sound.... its not you

Disclaimer: This is the paraprased version of our conversation. as acurate as I remember
I was talking to one of the Ford guys, I ask the normal question "when will we see the SE? His responce was don't expect one too soon, this car was designed for mass appeal and sales volume. He said to expect the Saleen's and "The Mod Guy's" to put out the the cars. This car was designed for the mod community.
Remember the GTR he ask me? yes I do! His responce was: "All of the car mods are going to be available". I ask throught "Ford Racing"? no answer follows.....
We go on to discuss the growing HP wars. I say will we see the V10? Oh! I want a Boss 351! He said " I would love to see more HP, but the "bean" counters are always involved. This car has to have time to produce some good sales volume before they start to add more options. I'm thinking... ok are we looking at 1964 all over again? 50k orders when it hits the street, get the assembly plant to capacity some $$ in Fords account. Then pop out the SE to generate even more sales.
Shelby? Is this going to happen? Shelby as a whole is not in very good financial position. That leads me to think IF there is one it will be sold through Ford with Ford backing.
SVT "IS" going away! 2005 What will replace it? no answer
I think Ford racing, why you may ask... I purchased my cobra just 3 months ago and just received my "Ford racing packet" I didn't know about that one. Then just the other day I revieved my SVT packet. Whats up I ask myself? I expect the Cobra to hit in late 05 as an 06 but not a SVT but a Ford Racing Shebly Cobra.

The Detroit Ford Innovation Drive had produced the best info available on the '05 anywhere, I can't thank y'all enough for the pics and opinions. This latest scan from cyoda44 is the icing on the cake.

I'll admit that brochure DOES look official. If it is, I'm ready to do cartwheels over the pricing
Strange that the torque is "back" down to 315 though.....Hope it's not old.....
In any event, great find. Oh and in case I forgot to mention it, Great pics, great vids, great post. :worship:

Wow......cyoda thanks for the brochure.
If it is listed at 0-60mph in 5.2sec officially, I'm going to be very happy especially because Ford will likely error on the conservative side and faster times are possible.
That IS Mach 1 fast!
And 3444lbs!!! Wow, that isn't even the 3470lbs most people were happy with.
Thai-Tang also said the 5.2-5.3sec guesses were about right on.

I wish I had the chance to drive it!! All they would let us do in Cleveland was sit in the darn thing!
I am happy with the 5.2 0-60! Now, I can't wait to see a 1/4 mile time!
I am still interested in the 18 inch wheels and info on a SE.
What ever I get, I know I will be very happy!!
