europeans please help me

Hello,
I am from continental Europe (Poland) my 2005 GT was crashed few days ago and now i am trying to find headlamps (Euro spec. - asymmetric but for Left Hand Drive Cars). There is no problem with buying front lamps in UK (Angel Eyes for Mustang), but in GB they have RHD Cars. Do you guys know any producer, seller who makes them for LHD?

The orientation of the light beam. On both cars they are aiming somewhat to the passenger side so as not to blind the oncoming vehicles. Since that side is different on RHD and LHD cars, the headlamps aren't interchangeable. Remember that the Mustang headlamps aren't adjustable left-right, only up-down.

Here's a German vendor for the LHD angel eyes headlamps. A bit expensive, imo:

There's another Mustang dealer in Germany with whom I've had a great experience dealing, they also sell OEM parts:

About the rear - I mean amber indicators problem, rear fog light and all the rest euro law requirements. Did you buy new lamps or make any modifications? I have to change front and rear lights and looking for the best solutions.

Luckily enough for me the Dutch standards are nowhere near as strict as e.g. the German ones. My car was homologated as it came from factory, the dealer only needed to add the front fender side markers, above the fender emblem (this is an older pic, but you can see what I mean):

I suggest you find out exactly what the Polish regulations are, maybe you can avoid having to install those horrible lights under the rear bumper, like this one:

LH drive cars typically have a low-beam cut-off that tapers up towards the right to illuminate road signs. RH drive cars are the opposite because they are driven on the left side of the road, so the cut-off tapers up towards the left.

If you take a LH drive car on the left side of the road with other RH drive cars, your headlamps are going to glare oncoming traffic.

Unfortunately in Poland we have the same requirements as the rest of the EU. Cars should have amber turn signals front, rear and side. Rear fog lamp, reverse lamp and asymmetric headlamps.

Do you have amber bulbs intaled in place of the original reverse lamps?

Nope, I have the original bulbs in the taillamps, because Holland does allow the rear turn lights to be either amber or red. I even installed the sequential taillight kit and it's ok. Apart from having to install front fender lamps, all the lights were accepted as they were.

If you speak any German, I could direct you to the German Mustang forum, where there's a whole section dedicated to the necessary modifications for EU homologation:

http://www.dr-mustang.com/index.php?name=Forums (check out the TÃœV threads)

Some people over there do speak English too, so you shouldn't have any problems getting all the info you need.
