Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I could find out about the progress of my car from Europe. I've been backpacking for the last month and a half and return on 9/1. The car was ordered on 6/29. Originally my dealer said it would be 8 months but I am seeing people with order dates after mine that are getting built next week. My dealer has a large allocation also. Any help would be great.

 

There is another thread that said something about Ford having a problem with the Vista Blue, apparently they haven't made any of them yet. I ordered mine through the military sales program here in Germany and am able to check the status on their website@ encs.com. Otherwise, you will have to find someway to contact your dealership.

 

yeah, i heard about the VB thing but also saw someone who had a build week set for next week (i think it was vistabluegt). having my folks check on the dora, dealer #, and priority code for me. figured that would be the only way to find out. hopefully i will get home to a new car waiting for me! wishful thinking im sure.

 

Lucky you being able to travel like that. I was in France last year for 9 days, wish i had a month. Hope you took mega tons of pictures!

 

yeah, had to buy an extra memory chip while i was here. france was a good time. most of my time in france was spent in nice (pronounced niece). traveling through eastern europe now...getting the itch for my new car though after learing that people around my order date are getting built soon...i can't wait!
