What all good cars? You only mentioned 2.
Would you rather have European Focus and Australian Falcon in the USA instead of Mustang and GT?

In europe, the focus is Ford's bread and butter car, and that compact car market is very competitive. The Mazda 3 in north america is based off that chassis.
The australian falcon is a decendant from the orignial Ford Falcon sold in the US. The tooling made it down there and it has slowly evolved (no parts interchangability though). Because of crash regulations, the falcon likely isn't sturdy enough to be imported here. The GTO had to have its gastank relocated for North America.

I can't read this bullpoo anymore, look what Fords we have ,look at that crappy Euro Fusion,Fiesta etc even the Focus in base form feels terribly cheap (especially when compared to GM's Astra) Mondeo is dated, only new minivans looks better than US Freestyle.
Brad bashed me for my question to Carrol Shelby when I wanted to ask why the Stangs aren't sold in Europe,he gave quite logical answer to this question but recently I realized that GM did the same with Saturn Sky that thousands of Mustang enthusiasts want to be done with the Stang.GM will be selling US-produced Saturn Sky in Europe,it will cost around 30 thousand Euros, will have a 2-year warranty etc. There were no problems with shipping Skies to Europe,so where are so many of them in the Mustang case? Ford must hate Europe

The GT is $150,000, so yes I would rather have a falcon.

The Sky is actually an Opel GT brought over from Europe. No Saturns over there.
