Anyone know the number I call to check on the status of my Mustang, also known as the ERL?

Do a search in the forums for ERL or VOPC. This will lead you to where you want to go.

I would call Ford Customer Relationship Center @ 800-392-3673 and speak with a live person. You will need your Vehicle Order Confirmation (VOC) from the dealer. ERL data is not reliable in my experience.
