Engine Pinging
Hello all,
I've been having this problem with my 07 GT. After it warms up it makes a pinging noise under sudden acceleration. I have tried Sea Foam, new stock spark plugs, run Shell gas, replaced the fuel filter and air filter and it still does it. I never hear it when it's cold of after it has been sitting for a while. It runs perfect otherwise. Has anyone out there ever had this problem or does anyone know what the problem might be? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

How many miles on it? I know with older cars that the timing can be an issue with 'pinging'. You also said Shell gas. What octane? I hope 89 octane or better.
