when I press brake pedal, the brake lights turn on sequentially, not solid. Only on passenger side. Any suggestions?

 

you mean the brake lights act like the blinker; when the inner section comes on first, then the middle, then the outer?

if so -- that probably means someone installed an aftermarket sequential light kit, and for some reason it is working only on one side
