all car companys that hve test cars are crushed unfortunatly, it would be cheaper to give it to one of us lol. but i dont think they have vin numbers.

I remember when the new saturn came out .They took the test mules that were still useable ,cut out see through sections of the car and motor and placed them in dealerships for customers to look at to show the build of the cars.I think this would be a great idea for some of the mules to show the inovation of the new mustang ....plus at least you could get to sit in one that won't be gone in 2 days

Some of them will be used for further testing such as testing things for future Mustang upgrades. They could be used for more testing if any problems appear. If there are any other vehicles that will be produced of the Mustang's platform they could be cobbled up as test mules for these new cars.

But ultimately as others have said, when they are fully used up, they will be sent off to the crusher.
