door panel problem

door panel problem
I have an 06 Mustang GT with these perforated vinyl pieces in the door panels. These perforated vinyl pieces are peeling off. Does anybody know of a good upholstery shop near Fayetteville, NC that can fix this problem and if so about what should it cost?? If not any suggestions on the best adhesive to use??
