DIY lube/oil change

I am tired of getting the oil overfilled by dealers and other garages with each oil change on my 05 GT. I've done oil changes myself on other cars I've had using ramps to get under the car. The only thing I'm not aware of is how to do a lube job. What equipment do I need to buy and what needs to be lubed on an 05 GT? Can someone tell me where the lube points are? Are they obvious? As you can see, I'm not a mechanic so any info on this is truly appreciated. Also, what do you do with the old oil?
Thanks a bunch
Don
