Discount Tire Direct and Bullits

I was wondering if anyone has actually purchased the DD Bullits in CHROME 18x9 all around or 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the back from Discount Tire Direct. I just called them and they said no but I thought people from this site has purchased chrome DD Bullits from them. I might be mistaken tho, any help...

Thanks

I dunno, but when I checked prices, this place was the best:

http://www.americanmuscle.com/2005wheels.html

I got my deep dish wheels from them and they arrived about 3 days after I ordered!

That's what I'm running on my 05 Mustang. I found the wheels on the Discount Tire website and decided to order them online, but before I did I called a shop listed on the site to ask about installation, and the guy offered me a better deal if I came in and ordered them from him, so that's what I did. Here is a picture of my car. Wheels are Chrome DD Bullitts 18x9 in front and 18x10 in back.

I did the same thing. I found the rims I wanted on the internet, and then I went into my local Discount store. The internet price for my 18X9 deep dish bullitts was $154 ea. My Discount store was able to get them for $122 - $136 minus a local business discount through my employer (10%) they were able to apply also.

discount tire rocks. I have been going to them for years and they have always gone out of their way to help. Like adding a warranty to tires after I jacked them up. Great customer service and have always matched the best price I could get elsewhere if they had what I wanted.
right down the street.

The sensors are reusable. They can get reusable bands that the sensors work with.

Kevin, If they do it that way, that would suck. You can always have them sent seperate and then have the tires and wheels installed with the sensors. These new sensors are gonna make life difficult for anyone trying to have tire/wheel combos possible.I've heard they are going to make the sensors work from one car brand to the other but you know how rumors go.And they would make the sensor work off the tire valve so you don't need the stupid bands,Ford should have considered this in the first place.

either that, or sets of sensors should ber affordable. In the end the fact that i either have to have two sets of tires mounted and balanced a year to use the same sensors, or have to spend near 400 bucks for a second set of sensors.. all for a system that i dont really need anyway, is kind of a PITA. i might try to cheat the system with some pressurized pvc pipe, we shall see.

Is anyone running the DD in the rear and standard Bullits up front? I don't think I would like the DD in the front.
