Cool...as someone else asked it would be good to get some feedback on cleaning the glass behind it. Looks like a pain in the a*s. But then again I suppose any style would be.

just got off the phone with Craig 2 min ago. he said he will grab the camera on his break and take pictures of both the mirror covers (front, back, side, top, bottom) and more pics of the louevers on different angles, and an interior shot of what you would expect to see out the view of the louevers

The only thing that may work, is to go and buy the highest strength velcro and see if they would hold up while driving. It sounds a bit crazy, but the industrial stuff is VERY strong. If this was used over the 2 sided tape, you can just take the louvers off and wash the window beneath. Again, this is just a thought.

Not to change the subject but ... where can i get the satin covers that go around the power window switchs? I think the ones i saw were about 4 or 5 inches long.

Jeff....good call on the velcro. I didnt even think of that. We actually have some out in my shop called 3M dual lock that we use on a certain job. Sticks like a mother. I think I am going to order this window.

wow, now you guys got me thinking about this 3M dual lock velcro. I may just experiment with the adhesive tape first, see if I can manage to clean them with them on with like a small brush and if that dont work, i'll try the dual lock.

The dua lock "velcro" holds very well. The adhesive backing is pretty good too. Im not sure of the adhesive number used but its 3M so Im sure it is solid. If you havent used or seen this stuff before it isnt your typical "velcro". Its almost like a plastic with small nubs on it that lock together. It isnt as flexible as normal "velcro". Lateral hold is excellent.

the dual lock velcro is a good idea but i think it might be too thick and cause a gap in the mounting. give it a shot though. i mean its just some ez-pass velcro

hey guys i appologize for the delay. he did email me back yesterday and said that he would take the pics yesterday, I'm just waiting for a response email from him. Seems a lot of people have contacted him already and bought both the louevers and mirror covers. People who did call him did mention that they were from TheMustangSource.com

i personally like the mgw mirror caps a bit better. And for other reasons i am just not a fan of wimdow louvers at all. But i think compared to all the others i have seen these look the nicest.

And I would also like to see a straight on photo so that you can see both sides of the car like it was driving at you.
