I have a vert on order and the dealer arrangement is $500 over invoice. I was trying to figure my invoice using the code 540 price list. In checking dealers inventory invoice prices on FordDirect.com, the figure is always higher by $250 or so. Does anybody know what else is on the invoice to make this difference? I seem to recall I saw on another forum that Ford charges for gas and advertising. I thought that kind of stuff was discounted in the dealer holdback. Any thoughts please!!

 

probably FDAF (I think that's for local/regional dealership advertising).

 

The Ford Dealer Advertising fee is $240.
When you negotiate a car based on invoice price, this is added to the price. As well as the price of about 10 gallons of gas that Ford charges the dealer for.
When you're talking prices based on MSRP, or sticker, those are already included, so it's like they're not there.

how much is 11 gallons they should put a dam full tank. it says 11 UG gal gas on mine and im like dude isnt the tank 16??
