Got the call this morning about 9:30, tried so hard to work till 11:30 and went to the dealership.
Picked the car up and got back to work and got a chance to show off my car to my co-workers.
I am sure this ride is going to get me a lot of attention. Mine was the first stick GT for this dealer and all the sales people were going, man we are jealous, we didn't even get to drive the GT and you are buying it form us at such a great deal. The manager was like, you are stealing this car from us and are getting the best deal in the country.
I told him about TMS and asked him to go look how many people have got great deals.
All in all, it was amazing buying experience. Now I am stuck at work for the next two hours and then :drive:

PS: I didn't pick the car up in rain. Nice and sunny down here in So Cal.

Congrats to you, it is a nice feeling. I posted a thread on here today " what a killer way to see your car arrive", it a funny little story of how I first saw my car.

Man, I'm truly happy for you and I'm sure your coworkers feel the same. I know what an incredible feeling it is to get a new car. Remember, it's a treat for us to see your car on the road too! Drive carefully and enjoy the ride...

 

Enjoy your new pony! Hopefully the rain will stay away long enough for you to get use to her. Curious, what dealer did you go thru? Mine was the first at my dealer with the stick and all the GT's since (11-15) have also been delivered automatic. Good luck.
