Date sticker on my engine block?

Is the date on my engine block only the engine build date or the car also? Sorry if this is a dumb question!!! I just did not know.

BTW 19-NOV-2004 is what's on the sticker of mine.

That is the Date of assembly of your engine ONLY.

The build month/year for your car is on a sticker on your left door frame.

My window sticker said 10/27 and a QC sticker in the trunk says 10/29. The door plate says 11/04 and the engine sticker says 10/27. I am thinking the sticker gets put on the engine when it first gets started up. Not really sure about the rest of the stuff :scratch:
