convertible confusion

Sorry to come out of the closet but, ever since I returned my underpowerd 99 cobra convertible, I've splitt my weekend drive time between my 68 GT and my 99 c-5, now it's time to get a new daily driver for the wife and I was told to finalize my order to be proccesed to the plant in bowling green, I also have a deposit with my favorite ford dealer in Texas, and was waiting until a test drive to make a decision ..... :bang: But as history has it once again, no car's to drive in San Antonio..Well tomorow i've got to fax in my order, after having driven only the general's 400hp coupe, even last week when I attended the local auto show it was look and no touch on the pony.....It just dosen't seem to be pointing to the pony even though both convertible's will be here at the same time Feb.

If I could rationalize spending $61,285 for a car, I'd be buying one too. The C6 is one heck of a car. But that's the price of both a Mustang GT coupe AND convertible - combined. Enjoy the vette...

Er...read his post again...he's got a preliminary order in at Bowling Green...and a deposit at a Ford dealership...which means...they're building the OTHER car in Bowling Green. Hence the reason for his dilemma!
