Why is there a restriction on Sports appearance package this week, and more-so than that of IUP?

Thanks for the info as always KP. It seems weird that the ISAP is restricted, hasn't that always been available at 100% in the past? Anyway, like someone else said anything over 0% IUP is good news at this point.

If no numbers are listed, there are no restrictions. They only list things that aren't available at 100%. Of course the side bags are the same as the IUP number because they require IUP.
