For what its worth if anything. Dropped by my dealer today regarding the two bolts in the bellhousing issue and chatted with the Asst mgr who I have known for almost 20 years. They will not be taking any more orders for GT Coupes. This of course relates only to their specific allotment situation. As for general business, being in a somewhat rural area, the pickup business is good, the Stang business is hot and they can't move the 500 or Freestyle. They had a GT vert that had just come in. It was a 5 speed with all the goodies except IUP and the MSRP was like around $32+

 

For what it's worth, I think the commodities report shows what their going to be building
a few weeks from now. It's used in part to determining what orders are pulled tonight, for production in the weeks ahead (late april is my guess).

yea its coming and there r people who ordered before winter who dont have cars. over 50% for the GT doesnt sound bad. and 67% for IUP. lots of cars r being built. this is a better sign (knock on wood)

 

I am praying... and praying some more! This is the end of my 13th week - still clean and unscheduled...

 

At this point, I'm just seeing how long it can possibly take to get the car. I WANT THE RECORD. My car order has become a joke.

I broke down and decided to call and actually talk to an analyst. She was very nice and all, but she didn't tell me anything other than what ERL (Evil Robot Lady) had told me. She told me to check again Sunday, when whatever gets pulled is updated.

 

Not exactly, Coupe's are at 100%, vert's are still what's restricted. Don't fret. At least that's my understanding on Karpro's reports.

 

that is alot better news---ordered my vert january 14th, i assume i ashould be in the top 10% who ordered first---bodes well (or at least that is what i will believe)
