Clunk Noise while Turning

i remember reading a post about this a while back, but cannot find it, i have the clunk noise when i turn my wheel, wasnt there sum kind of fix at the ford dealership for this? it doesnt make the noise all the time, but when it does it makes me feel like i might breaking the car and worries me, any help would be great thanks

Sounds like you're talking about the strut popping... basically a "popping" sound when you turn the wheel at low speeds.

Looks like Ford is aware, but no replacement part is available yet for the dealers to do anything about it. From the info so far, sounds like they're probably re-engineering the problem part.

My dealer replaced my upper strut bearings and mine has been good to go ever since... no more popping
