When Ford comes up with a part to fix this would the problem be released as a TSB?

Plus when a car is first delivered to a dealship from the factory, is it part of the dealer prep to go through all existing TSB's and at least check to see if the problem exists and fix it if it does?

A tsb will only be checked when a customer complains. A tsb is a fix for a random problem if it becomes overwhelming then it becomes a recall. Recalls will be fixed before a car is delivered

The front strut bearing will release soon. 1400 in transit to packager this has got to be the fix. Ford does not have this kind of inventory on a New car replacement part unless there is a problem. I will advise when I get them in. 04/11/05

Never really noticed it before because of music playing but heard it today when I was backing up and turning my wheel. Had my music off to hear my new GT muffler switchout I did today Hope they get a fix soon the sound makes Hubby nervous.
