Clear Bra...
Anyone think this is really worth it?
The price seems ridiculously cheap...

That stuff is equivalent to Saran Wrap. Go with someone who uses 3M Scotchgard film. I bought some from Xpel. It's good stuff, but they use some pretty underhanded tactics. They're not the friendliest after the sale. I have a bunch that I won't be using on my car. I don't like the look on the black paint.
I just spent $500 repainting my hood and left fender due to rock chips from the track so I will be investing in the clear bra as soon as my paint cures. I am going to go with the good stuff though. My buddy just did his M3 and the material alone was almost $200.00 so I don't think, based on the $24.00 price that this material is good quality.
$500 for a repaint vs $200++ for a properly installed clear bra. Why would anyone get the bra? You will get chips or niks on the clear bra, it will start looking scratched up, and you'll replace it again. The few I've seen don't look that good. You can see the difference on the hood between the covered and uncovered part. The shine and gloss are not the same. I've also heard that the paint under the bra will look different from the rest of the hood because it is shielded from UV rays.
I had Xpel installed on mine a week after driving it off the lot. Yes, on my black car the line is more noticable than other colors. Being that mine is a DD, living on the gulf coast and driving in the pre dawn hours I pick up lots of bugs that have damaged my other Mustang. Even though I'm meticulous about washing I refuse to do it daily and believe the bra will see me through the next few years without having to repaint due to bug guts.
Repainting isn't always the best solution as the paint doesn't seem as durable as factory. The hood and bumper on my 11 y.o. stang were reshot twice using two methods: traditional and fact-o-bake. Fact-o-bake (the process not the franchise) seems to be the most durable of the two.

I had a clear bra professionally installed on my Daytona. It wasn't cheap, but the quality is very high. If I didn't point it out to you, you probably wouldn't notice it. You can see a line if you look real close, but you almost have to know it's there. I've had my Daytona a little over a year and have zero rock chips. The clear bra looks as good as the day it was new. The shop that installed it said it should last at least 5 years before it needs to be replaced. I'll be getting it on my Mustang soon.
