Chamois VS Parchment
Is chamois actually darker than parchment? My wife's '05 MG GT Vert looks great with the parchment interior, especially with the dark insets on the door panels. No complaints to date.

The Chamois is a little darker and softer, I wasn't sure until I looked at them both and they both look good but if I had to choose.... I would order a CS with the Chamois Interior in Grabber Orange

thanks a lot for posting those pictures! Finally I got the idea of what my new Pony will look alike, as I ordered my 07 GT Premium Perf.White with the chamois interior in May without having seen it before (just trusting Ford`s good taste *lol*). At least I´m sure now to have done the right choice. I really love this combintion!!!
Again: thank You very much!
A lot of greetings to all from Germany (where only few Mustangs are on duty to chase all the Beemers)

I have parchment with the IUP on my '05. I like it a lot, but prefer the chamois color accent, and the parchment scheme on the GT/CS even more. The contrast of the black and parchment/chamois on the pics previously posted looks great. The straight parchment on my '05 could use some more black/charcoal, such as the carpeting, etc.
Too bad Ford didn't offer more interior color choices in '05. Thats what I get for having to have one right away.

Well I don't have a clue what my parchment interior will look like when the car comes in mid August. I think I will stop stressing though b/c those seats in black/parchment look darn good Look at my avatar photo of my son in the 06 GT rental... that is what I thought a parchment interior would be.

See post 12. That describes what your interior will look like (it depends on what options you ordered).

The red and chamois with PTP both have an all-black interior with just the seats and door panel inserts having the accent color (like the pics in posts 5 and 6). The parchment and dove with PTP have a different scheme as shown in the below photo. The seats and door panel inserts are black while other parts of the interior are the trim color. Why Ford did this I don't know, but this has been verified on multiple cars via the window sticker. If it's a mistake, they've made it on a bunch of cars!
