does anyone know what the bracket/holder under the center console door is for?? Are you supposed to put whimpy tissues there? My 99 & 02 GT had a similar thing, but I don' think Steve McQueen's even had a center console.

 

I think it is a slot for documents, driver log etc. I do not use the thing in mine.

 

Think its for a stack of Benjimans to pay for speeding tickets

 

It holds a pack of cigarettes or a microfiber towel really well. It can also be used to hold a garage-door-opener remote, but it's kinda wonky to use it that way.

I forgot, it will hold 2 full clips for a Glock Model 23 also.
