I understand now. Well I guess I didn't mean that 100%. I should've said things like this happening are a potential risk to put into thought when buying stuff from someone on this site.

sorry to hear about your problems enzo51. it is unfortunate that members like that have to degrade the trust between members on this forum. i guess this is a reminder that high activity on a forum doesnt necessarily make the person trustworthy.

i dont know his side of the story, but from what i can tell, he is totally in the wrong. even if he made an honest mistake and accidentally sold the exhaust to someone else, there is no reason you should have to wait this long for a refund.

hope everything works out ok for you. keep us updated.

my first experience buying my first mod, etc. through TMS was amazing!!!
I love it!! The user was very honest and quick!! And the Deals are great!! I love TMS

This is my first Mustang and the first time being enthusiastic about any car, and so far my it's been awesome!!!

Kudos to the marketplace!!

LOL, This threads a trip!! Full of Slander! and half truths. One of the issues on this thread have been settled! and the other will be when I ! determine who is at fault for the damaged Items I had returned to me !!.............

I have bought stuff from TMS members and have had no problems.

One TMS member sold me my Fanblades/wheels and shipped them to me and I received them before I had the chance to pay him. Now THAT is trust!

I made d****d sure to send him a cashier's check with a tracking number ASAP just to make sure that he knew I wasn't stiffing him.

It's a matter of respect.

That being said, I think that a dispute like this should be resolved by PM and admins, and NOT on the general forum.

If its half truth its still half right you owe it to us to get it fixed and take care of a situation ASAP, not when you see fit. I hope it gets resolved soon. Right or wrong 2 months is pure

Like i've said in the past, all transactions are between the seller and buyer, TMS is not responsible in any way.

If it continues to become a problem, we will limit a users rights to participate in the for sale/wanted areas.
