Dealer says car could arrive this week, ERL still just has up to Sequence date. Huh?

Dealer says car could arrive this week, ERL still just has up to Sequence date. Huh?
So my dealer emailed me Saturday (June 2) saying my car may be here within the week. 
ERL says (as of last night) I still only have up to a Sequence Date (May 24). I knew this on May 24!
What's going on?

As much as it hurts, it may just be a good idea to lay low and wait to hear the call from your dealer. I know it sounds like a crazy thing to say, but the thrill and rush that comes over you when that call comes in is rediculous. It makes the process (which otherwise makes you squirm and breakout in hives) much nicer. The thing I will tell you is once the call comes in, all this craziness trying to track the car will become distant memories overnight.
