Sorry, this is not unusual at all. I waited five weeks from build date to delivery. No there is nothing your dealer can do. Prepare for a painful waiting period (no matter how long it is). The upside is that it is totally worth every second of the wait!

 

I'm in the same boat. My car was built on 2/16 and my ETA was 3/1. Now after a couple of days of dealer BS I have found out that it is waiting for a railcar. Who knows when it will ship.
