Car Bogs down when fast shifting

I have a 2008 Mustang Gt with very minimal mods. There is an issue to where when I were to shift gears (let’s say from 3-4) very quickly the car will fall on its nose for a second and then get the power back. This happens through out every gear. I used to be able to bang gears no problem and get it loose in second and even chirp 3rd. Please let me know your thoughts.

Welcome to the forums!

Just some things to ponder: Transmission/engine mounts could be done (which reminds me, I gotta swap out the trans mount probably, it's only 21 years old at 186K on it... ). Throttle body dirty. MAF dirty. Wiring troubles in the compartment. Clogged up fuel filter. Fuel Pressure Regulator is unhappy. Computer needs to relearn the throttle pedal. Throttle pedal is messed up. Computer's messed up. Bad ground somewhere. Bad electrical somewhere. You hit the button on the shifter accidentally what does the two step... no, wait, that's Emily in Roxy GTO that pulled that one off at Hot Rod Drag Week 2020, never mind...

Anyway. Could be a whole lot of things, and maybe the mods themselves could be an issue, not knowing what they are.

Jaryd, the 2-3 is the TR3650 doin' its thing, grackin' gears because remote body mounted shifter vs transmission what's twistin' with the engine and havin' those three rails inside. It all gets outta alignment during the shiftin' when you're havin' fun. If the shifter was mounted on the transmission directly like the T56 MagnumXL or such, that wouldn't be a thing. Unless you had eaten synchros in there... Or your clutch was that kinda gone...

try it with the traction control and stability control turned full OFF
(I am not sure if your 08 has both, or only traction control . . .whatever it has, turn it off)

also make sure the ac is off I had mine out today and the ac did it from 2nd to 3rd when it was off it was fine. I was also thinking traction control after i got home to maybe the traction control would work with the ac on.
