My wife (not the blower) has resentment against my Mustang too...and she can't be appeased by mere jewelry. She wants a 20K addition to the house. So any mods that I can't hide are definitely on hold for now. SHEESH!

Just give in.
Sell the stang, get a SUV or VAN.
Soon you'll be shuttling your kids to soccer practice.
There is no escape from this hel1.

Spend it now. Once she has that ring on her finger you won't be buying anything else for the stang.
Stay married for 25 years.
She'll be suggesting mods that you can't afford.

That's exactly what Im saying....I can't afford 20K or more for a house addition that we don't need. (Funny how I think I would be able to afford 5K for a blower, 1K for this mod, another 1K for that mod, etc )

Already been thru the mini van parades. :notnice:

I find this all to funny, because yall are talking about the wife that doesn't want the mods....well I am the wife and the driver of the Stang in my family and my husband doesn't want the mods. He says the car looks fine with out the extras. The only thing that he did agree to was the stripes on the bottom door panels. And he said if we get it back out of the shop (it is sick) we may get flowmasters.

Very cool wife indeed. I better refrain from talk of swaps here. :nono: . Keep us posted on the recovery of your sick Pony. And the mods too!

My wife encourages me to mod the car. She just wants it to get faster and faster. And we've been married 27 years now. Blower stills works, BTW.

Good things come to those who wait... usually. I promise you'll have your saleencharger before I'll have mine.

As for real estate... I can't really compare the market in SoCal to the market here in NE Ohio, so um, I hope that works out for you.
