I know the '06 was suppossed to have the TPMS, but can anyone say absolutely whether or not it does?
And maybe provide proof somehow to settle a few arguments.

John. It's fine with me. I already have my '05 and wasn't planning on getting an '06. Too expensive and I'm getting so close to having it just how I want it.

I knew it didn't have it, but I don't have anyway to prove it to all the people who say otherwise.

It's not on my '06 GT. I really don't care. If it's only going to tell me when I've lost 25% of the air in my tire, it's pretty useless. I'll know if I have a blowout, and I check my tire pressure often enough that I'll know if it's a few psi low.

If it would tell me I've lost, say, 5 psi, or if I could adjust the setpoint for the alarm, then it would be useful, IMHO.

Jason, you're right. Actually, most Mustang owners are so obsessive we check our tire pressure daily anyway. Doesn't everyone??

yea sounds useless if only alerts when 25% lower.

On my 99 Stang i picked up a TPS from Tirerack. Has a nice LCD. It shows the actual PSI and also the Temparture. Per tire.

And you can configure the alerts to what PSI and Temp you want.
Pretty cool.

I just sold my 99 with the system. But I will probably get it again for the 2006. Unless a better one comes out.
