I WAS WONDERING IF ANYBODY HAVE HAD ANY CAM PROBLEMS, I ONLY HAVE 288 MILES ON IT.

 

I HEARD FOR CAM PROBLEMS IF YOU TAKE THE CAMS-LOCK KEY OUT OF THE MASTER CYLINDER WHEN REPLACING YOUR BLINKER FLUID IT WOULD HELP WITH THE ISSUE. :scratch:

Care to elaborate on the nature of the problem with the cams?

 

I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID IT HAD A BROKEN CAMAND SAID A ROLLER BALL MUST HAVE HIT IT. I AM JUST SO UPSET THAT SOMETHING LIKE THAT COULD HAPPEN SO SOON.

 

Are you saying that the camshaft broke on your new Mustang with only several hundred miles on the car?

If so can you describe the damage as much as possable? What did the dealer say and did the dealer offer an explanation as to how the cam failure could have occured?

 

when you post some like this t-bone we need some details....i know your pissed off...what is the dearler /ford going to do about...

EASY ON THE CAPS

 

Got my car back friday runs great i wanted the dealer to put a new motor in it but they did't see it that way.I just hope it didn't cause any unseen damang that might hurt it in the long run.Just happy to have it back i was pretty bummed for a while.When i picked it up from the dealer i drove it like i stole it to see if it was fixed right and i think it is.

 

Now that you got your car back and are happy, how did it happen? What engine/tranny?
