Just got my build date this morning. Anyone else scheduled for that day.

Uh Oh I just checked 11/7 is a Monday, isn't the Urban Myth that you don't want cars built on Mon or Fri? Any truth to the myth???

 

Check your email again, your schedule date is week of 11/7 so it could be built any day duriny that week.

 

I realized that after I posted the message, I guess in my excitement over the news I skipped over "week of".

my dealer told me i should get it one month from now. I am in detroit. Is that accurate, since its like 1 week after being built?

 

After a long wait (Ordred 07/23) mine is finally scheduled!! I got the news this morning - Week of 11/7. Hopefully it will be built Tuesday!
I can't believe I called ERL and heard something other than "C/U"
The final month countdown has begun!

 

I am the week of 11/7 also. I had pretty much given up on my dealer last Saturday night after talking with other Mustang club members.

Monday I was going to start plan B.

Sunday morning I called the ERL one more time and couldn't believe it. I called right back again and played it for my wife.

I called the dealer yesterday and asked for the VIN since I knew it had been serialized. He was shocked that I knew before him.

I'm in Michigan also, so hopefully transport won't be long.

Man I cant believe how quickly this is happening.
Hope all get there cars soon. I hear there is a slow down on manuals, not much supply, but just a rumor. I ordered an automatic

 

Erl told me today that I am abuild week of 11-7 also.

I can't seem to get the log in on the Blueoval forum to work but wiil keep trying as I want the K man to check out my VIN 1zvht85h365160924 for me.

Got to have one of those windoe stickers!!

Me neither. Also there has been no new info posted for anyone over at the BOF at this time today. :scratch:

 

ERL has not been updated for my car since October 7, 2005. I don't see how our cars get built by the end of next week as it stands.

In the past few weeks it has been like X mas at my house I have received the following mods:


1)TNT authentic classic emblems 1965 Red GT fender emblem for dash, 1968 Mustang script for dash and individual mustang letters for rear end
2) Web Electric Pony grill corral similar to current pony package and 60's GT fog lights
3) Chrome Tail and Fog light bezels
4) Pony package fender emblems and faux gascap from KC
5) Still waiting for Jammin Accessories chrome mirror and door package

Now all I need is the darn car!!!!!!

 

I got sequenced yesterday. They might make next week yet.

 

i am in blending right now.

 

According to K Man I just got sequenced today.

11/2/05 8:05 am Just spoke to ERL I am locked in for production week of 11/7/05 with an anticipated delivery date to my dealer 11/28/05.

I think I got a build date of 11/10 and an ETA of 11/16. (my dealer is 3 hours from Flat Rock)

I am waiting for a confirm from the K man today and hopefully a PDF.

My dealer emailed me yesterday to ask if I had any information before he made his call to Ford.

 

I have a 11/7 build date also. I am lucky as I ordered my Vista Blue Premium GT Auto, My color, Lt Graphite leather , Side air bags, alarm & Wheel locks on Oct 17th with a priority 10. My dealer is going to let me know when it comes in and I get to help PDI it.
