Brisk Silver Racing Spark Plugs

I'm considering replacing my OEM 2 piece design spark plugs as my 05 GT is approaching 31k miles..

After all the horror stories about the OEM plugs breaking in the heads, I understand the Brisk Silver Racing Spark Plugs are a one piece design and considered as a top of the line spark plug..

In the meantime, if anyone has upgraded to the Brisk plugs.. I'd really appreciate your feedback and if you would also recommend them as well..

Thanks..

I've been using the Brisk plugs with no issues. A 2 piece plug is fine as long as you use antisieze on them, they come out no problem.

I've got them in right now, but I've gone back and forth between them and the two piece design. Mainly because of price, and the silver electrode doesn't last as long, I usually only get about 18K out of them.

That's the problem though, as my OEM plugs haven't been removed yet and as were all aware the factory did not use antisieze prior to installing the OEM plugs..

But rest assure that if I decide to stay with the OEM Motorcraft plugs, I'll make certain to use antisieze on them..

In that case, I'm not about to pay $16.99 per plug that will only get 18k miles out of them, as I'd be better off just sticking with the Motorcraft plugs and using antisieze on them..

You would think on the other hand that Brisk would come out with a platinum spark plug that will last much longer for the price they cost

So I guess the Champions, even though they're one piece, they're still not up to par?

As far as the one piece Champions go ? I've heard that most have encountered nothing but problems with them

I must be lucky then, I replaced my OEM Plugs with Champion's and have had no problems what-so-ever.

I like to stick with motorcraft.. I just recently did mine... First time i swapped them was at 60k broke one plug.., u really jyst need the lisle tool in ur garage... Great investment and u can keep using motorcraft.. I did them a second time at 115k... They came i out just fine this time since i used antisieze the fist time... Heres how they look with 55k on them.. Euther way your car ur choice but they r kinda expensive for only 18k..

I can just picture them at the recommended 100k change interval
