Check this out

Finally an action video of our Saleen Mountaineer (as promised, just took longer than expected) and several other Saleen conversion SUV's we have completed. Now remember, the road testing was done on a closed course for safety.

I think you will all enjoy a Mountaineer

tearing up the street and our driveway for that matter. Our Mountaineer also runs a Magnaflow cat back and hi-flow cats, which is why is sounds like jet exhaust.

what exhaust is on that thing? sounds great, great performance. this is for only the 3 valve explorers correct?

You are correct, the mountaineer uses the 4.6 3V. We can do a conversion on an expo with the 5.4 as well, Saleen makes a SC for that too.

For the exhaust, it is a magnaflow catback. It also has hi-flow cats welded in.
