Brake and Suspension mods?

After reviewing this interesting PDF:
http://www.classicmustangshop.com/2005mustang_specs.pdf

I read that the front anti-roll bar (sway bar) is a hollow tube (rear is solid tube) and that the front and rear brake pads are Akebono "Non-Asbestos Organic".

I have read some complaints about brake fade and body roll/lean on stock S197s.

Do you think these are the prime suspects for such conditions?

The FRPP handling pack includes a bunch of stuff but what about just new monotube shocks and a new front sway bar?

suspension needs to be a set if you change one thing it effects something else a kit made to work to gather is best.
