bouce back window feature

Can someone please explain how to override this.The manual doesn't give clear instructions on this.after I put the top back up and hit the auto windows up,they bouce back.VERY IRRITATING

The only time that happens for me is when I put the front windows up first, put the rears up all the way first.

When they bounce back try resetting them by holding the button in the up position. Once the window is closed release the button. Then, hold the button in the up position again for a few seconds and then release it again.

Thank you , but i've already tried that to no avail guess i'll add it to my "need to have fixed" list

Works the same for me.
If the back windows are down, I get the bounce.
If the back windows are up, I don't.
Once I got in the habit of putting the backs up first, no bounce problem.
