Just wanted to let members know in PA. that we just got our first GT in at Chapman Ford of Lancaster. I haven't seen anyone post of seeing one in our area and I was getting jealous and say WE GOT OURS. Sorry I am really psyched.
Also let me say that I am sorry to all the people who ordered early and haven't received theirs yet. SOON I hope. It is worth the wait. I think the car is awesome.
We got a Black loaded 5sp, with IUP, Shaker 1000, Red leather, and optional wheels. The car looks great in Black.
Sorry, no pictures, as I just rushed in on my day off to see it. Drove it next door to gas it up and to show it to it's new owner, the gas station owner. The car is really solid feeling and my initial impression was that the car has grown up and looks and feels much more mature and classy, while also looking mean and aggressive. The exterior looks much wider and lower with more modern style. Yet, it has the classic lines of the old style Mustangs. I think that is the great appeal of the car and a design miracle. It looks new and clean while maintaining it's ties to the past.
The interior is even better. I have read many concerns about the quality look and feel. I have to say it looks much better than what I was expecting. And I am picky.
The plastics look and feel solid and have good texture and the aluminum trim is gorgeous. The gages are really big but look like they belong. The seats felt great and the leather seems of better quality than I have seen in past Fords. I really like the steering wheel. It is just the right size with a nice solid leather rim. Again, the aluminum of the spokes is fantastic.
The car felt easy to drive with a very light clutch. I didn't get on it as I only drove it across the street, but the exhaust sounds deep and rich.
I have to say that I am thrilled. I am very picky about cars and I think Ford has done a great job with this car. Fewww :worship: I was starting to get worried.
Congratulations Ford and to all you who are getting one. You are going to love it.
We will have the car for a while for anyone who wants to come and see it as the new owner has been nice enough to let us keep it on display

BEK, thanks for the post, and your review. The car sounds so great ! It really makes one think about wanting the black w/red interior. I bet it is beautiful. That is very nice of the new owner to let you keep it on display. I bet you will take good care of it for him. I'm still holding out here, hoping that mine comes in soon. Thanks again !

Hey Bek,
My son seen a truck with 4 Stangs (2 red,1windveil blue,& 1 black) on it early this morning headed North on RT 272.Most likely that was one of Stangs you received. Any word on the next delivery? My Sonic Blue GT is supposed to be delivered this week I hope to Stoner-Wade.Might ride up to look at the Black GT tomorrow. How long is the owner going to let your dealer have it?

Sorry guys, I keep having trouble getting on the site.
We should have the car for a couple of weeks. The new owner is ordering a bunch of mods and is letting us keep it till they arrive. Also, what's cool as I said, is he works right next door so even if he takes the car it should be there at his gas station.
Our next shipment is a V6 and should be next week. We only got 5 cars for the first allocation. I think we got jipped.
Please everyone pray for Badandy. His car is close and I think he might crack if it doesn't get there soon.
I'd also like to say that the whole "this thread is worthless without pictures" is really rude. I am very busy, as I am sure many people are, and I take the time to post with good intent. To reply with such an impolite statement I think is uncalled for. If I had pictures or the time to take them, I would post them.

But I have to admit it's the reason I put "No pics...yet" in my Stangs in Arizona thread
