Big Commodities Pull!

I just got of the phone with my salesperson and he told me that Ford plans on pulling the biggest commodity pull so far next week. This helps me, since I ordered with the IUP. My only concern is after reading Karpro's week 14 report, he stated that the IUP was at 75%. Is week 14 for this week or next week or another week?
