It only has 17k miles and its a manual. This isn't a base model v6 either, its a fully loaded, optioned out pony package, black. 23k MSRP when new. They want to take it in on trade for $13 and sell it for $19 or $20, i don't think so.

Even the blue book trade value is 14,500. It will cost them 500 to sell the thing at auction if they choose to do so. It would sell at auction for 13.5-14 so that's why they're only offering you 13. I'm a used car dealer that's why I know this. (this is all looking at KBB, I don't have my dealer nada book with me)
Private sale value is 16 so you might be able to sell it for 15k. Have fun though, don't expect it to sell quick.

I listed my 2006 GT through the local online paper, cars.com, and Autotrader and it ended up selling through the local paper the 1st week it was listed. Carmax offered an ok price but I faired much better selling it outright.
