Best Lending Source?
Hey All,
Through the info. presented here, I was able to secure an X Plan-Yeah!
Now I need your advice in choosing a lender. A year ago I found People First (Now Capitol One) and used their blank check format to refinance.
I'm looking for the best rate out there for someone with a high beacon score. I'm finding that a 60 month loan runs around 5.%. Have any of you found a better rate? Can you direct me ?
Thanks!

If you are a member of AAA you can get preapproved. I got 4.54% thru them for a 63 mo. term. My dealer matched it through a local bank though so I will go that route.
I really wanted FMC to offer good rates but my salesman says thats not the case. Good Luck!

I don't belong to AAA, but do belong to a Credit Union that I'm hoping they will match rates once I find the cheapest.

You submit your request for bid and 4 banks compeat for your buisness. Ive gotten some good offers from banks on there, Im going to use as leverage when dealing with the local banks to get the best deal.

I've always had better luck with credit unions, than banks. Good Luck.

Credit Unions Rule
up to 36 mos. - 1.9%
37 to 48 mos. - 3.9%
49 to 60 mos. - 4.9%
61 to 72 mos. - 5.5%
I opted for the 36 mos, 1.9%. I just hope my car gets here in time before my 60 day pre-approved loan expires
