Best car covers...

Morning!

Does anyone have any insight into a really good car cover that breathes and also protects the paint from the elements? Specifically covers that fit or a re custom made for the S197's...

Thanks,

This is the cover I bought from American Muscle. So far it's been great and after 3 years it's still holding up very well.

I've used one of these for about 6 years for outdoor winter storage.
I live where snow is often measured in feet.
It is finally showing signs of wear this year.
Pretty sure I will buy another.

Thanks for all of the great feedback! It got me searching further... I found Cover King has personalized covers! Check it out. A bit more pricey but it looks awesome and it's also a great cover And it's a custom fit for the Stang!

Do you have a Vert?
Is your Top Black Cloth?
Does the cover produce lint on the top?
Thanks

Mine is a coupe, but the material of the CoverKing StormProof cover reminds me of parachute type material, soft non-abrasive, and not a lint producer. I doubt if it would leave anything on your black vert top.

Covercraft also makes custom fit car covers for the S197 Mustang as well.

I got the "Noah" from Cover Craft through American Muscle. With a name like that you figure it'd be waterproof, right? In light rain, sure. But a good soaking rain left the cover... soaked. At least I got it with cash back on my card but still kinda pisses me off for what it cost

Have you contacted Covercraft about your issue? If not, I'd bring up the water soaking of the Noah cover to their attention. With a 4 year warranty, they should cover it by offering a replacement or refund, unless of course, your 4-year warranty has since expired

You've got a good point. It's only been 4 months. Thanks
