Hi guys looking to get your guys insite on with the Best intake is to get on the Market? and best Tune?

I have a V6 and would like to get better MPG.

I would like a intake that passes all the Smog stuff and comes with the sticker
on it for the law. I know K&N makes a CAI like this but I don't know if it is as good as the others or if there is something better?

The emissions stuff is all in the tune, the intake does not really have much to do with that.
