Cool

I was driving around in my 05 yesterday and a green late 90s trans am was following me around. So I got him at a red light and he got me a little bit out of the hole but then I started slowly pulling on him in every gear and had a half car length lead on him til I got in 4th he started pulling very slowly on me til 100mph then we backed off. Man those things are quick but so are the 05s I mean my car doesn't feel like its pulling that hard but look at that speedo move WOW!!! I'm impressed and its only the beginning because I havent even modded it yet.

As little Joe from Cocomo use to say after defeating a challenger.

"Your car is fast, very fast, one of the fastest cars I have ever seen, but my car is faster".

He was a piece of work.

PS Watch out for April, I hear shes looking for a race.

you bet we frown on this crap!

just kidding... good race
and oh yea, try to keep the racing down though for reals. many accidents and deaths have been caused by racing lately... not saying that youre a bad driver or anything, but anything can happen

I know racing is bad and i agree but we did it on a safe road with no traffic it was 3am with a 65 mph limit and I backed off at 100 mph I know my limits. B) I would never speed in traffic or any where that children might be. I have a 5 yr old son myself and it just makes me soooooo angry when idiots fly down my street when children are playing outside. But I really wanted that bow tie to see my tail lights so I raced him needless to say I didnt quite show my lights to him but he never got the chance either it was a pretty good race.

Pontiac has an emblem that resembles an arrowhead pointing down.

Plain and simple, don't do it. Over 10 years of total time on the road, I have witnessed, investigated and plain picked up body parts off the Highway. Most were under 25 years old(young). I remember being in that age bracket. I had fast cars, 2 70 Z/28 Camaro's pushing 450 HP, three Fox Chassis mustangs, all with beefed up 5.0's.... Anytime you exceed the speed limit, you are taking away control of that vehicle greatly. Sure, reaction time plays a big part in the big scheme of things, but as many have stated above, things DO happen. My job requires that I clip along sometimes at the 120-130 m.p.h. range. Let me tell you, experience does not replace the fact that there are so many variables out of your control, i.e., other drivers, obstacles in the roadway, wild animals(deer are our favorites here in Michigan), etc. Every time I go "HOT", I am taking a chance. Law Enforcement is not exempt from civil lawsuits, nor criminal charges, etc. Find an official track, and let it go. On the streets, the chance is just not worth the possible end result(s). Trust me.

Firebirds, Camaros, what's the difference?
They are both just overdone Sunfires/Cavaliers respectively.
