it's a 2 piece kit. What do you all think of it? It's CNC laser cut out of mirrored acrylic.

I guess that's for when you are working under the hood and need to check and see if you have anything in your teeth. Not sure why you'd need chrome right there. I like the stock black one. It holds my tools just fine.

Just to be clear here, you are talkign about plastic right??? Acrylic scratches like crazy and would require maint. just to keep it looking nice.

actually, you just have to take a soft rag/towel to it and it comes clean. I haven't had any problems with mine.

aluminum, billet, stainless, acrylic... it'll all scatch about the same if you go dropping things on it... so if someone is careless enough, you'll scratch anything.

Use "PLEXUS" on the plastic lens covers and any other parts. It'll take out scratches and help preserve the plastic part; think of paint or chrome polish/wax. Originally developed for the military and works great.

I have both pieces the radiator cover and the fuse box cover.
Radiator cover looks great.....easy install just some black cualk or double sided tape. I HIGHLY recomend useing small clamps to get it to seat well.

The fuse box cover stinkS.........it just looks cheap I am taking it off this weekend. my 2 cents

Closed my hood on a tool. Opps! cracked mine, ordered a new one and now I come home and find you guys finding cool ones.

I may paint mine when the replacement comes in. But black looks ok too.
