Thanks for the update paul I'll re-check mine just to be sure .It was working when I got the car new because I tested it .

In regards to the the censor, the whole light panel has to be replaced because of a bad sensor. And i was told that this item is on "NATIONAL BACKORDER". Well I have to say just about everything I have had to have has been on backorder. I was rearended in July, and had to have a rear inner panel replaced...national backorder! Some rails...national backorder! I just got lucky that my dealer found the parts at a Florida dealer.

I also had to have a wheel replaced and that took a lil more than a month. I just went to Discount Tire and they told me if I had to have my tires replaced soon...yup backordered! And man, these OEM tires are expensive.

Enough rant, its just my car has been on backorder more than I have had it. Thanks for the info, will have to check my motion sensors.

No no no, $100 total for the entire service. I think its like $20 for the filter and probably an hour and a half to remove the cabin filter. It doesn't cost $100 to do just the cabin service. $100 total to my service for everything including if I had to have it changed, but it didn't need to be changed. so it came out to $45.

I also wonder what the replacement procedure is?

I know replacing the cabin filters in a Honda Accord is a real pain, but they should last 30k according to Honda, unless you drive in real dusty conditions. I hope the Mustang has better access to the filter(s).

Paul - I meant to do it yesterday but forgot - thanks for reminding me!

I'll do it on my drive home from work!

(I know I tested this one time a long WHILE back but I CAN'T remember which side I leaned into the car on...... )

Both sensors? Remeber, there are two, one on the driver side and one on the passenger side. If you set off one on one side, doesn't mean the other side works.

Why did you "have to" flash it back to stock? They can't do a scheduled maintenance on the car with a tune on it?
