Thumbs up Bad day saved by good customer service!

A few weeks ago I got a sequential tail light kit and wired it up. I think they are great, really a classic look. Well the other night I noticed a bulb burnt out, so I got bulbs and put them in yesterday (ford reall could have made replacing the rear bulbs easier) and on of the other bulbs would not work, so I go into trouble shooting mode. Man I rewired that thing about 3 times, worked a total of 8 hours and called the owner of the about 3 times and he walked me through ever step of the job, we wired it and rewired it. I know this kit way more than I should. HE was stumped and I was frustrated really bad.....well he said check on last thing, it might be the ground so pull on the cord again, didn't work now he said take needle nose pliers and puch the wire into the socket really firm....
BINGO it worked... all that Shizat I didn't have the ground plugged in good enough!!
This guy took around 2 hours of his day to rework this rought $100 part with me. Man that is just awesome IMO.
I feel I need to do this and plug his company, if you need or want a sequential kit try this guy out please: http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm he has a plug and play and a wire it your self kit.

You REALLY need to shove the extra prong in

I thought the instructions said that if it doesn't work that its most likely the prong.

I got the wire-yourself kit. Works with no issues. The install instructions are very well written and comprehensive. Great product!

WOW man I am glad to see I'm not the only one. Yes the prong issue, but after so many times trying it just jumps the thought process. Good to know he is there if the product isn't working right.

Yep. Webelectrics is one of THE best out there for customer service. And let's not forget SilverHorse Racing! Both are class acts in my book.

I forgot all about putting them on this car, I had them on the 06. Someone said to me today they always liked the sequentials. ORDERED!

I totally agree. I had the same problem, after several months on the car it started blinking rapidly, I checked the bulbs, and nothing was burnt out. Gave him a call and he suggested checking the extra wire, that was it. I had pulled a little too hard on one side when I was replacing the rear bumper cover, and it had pulled that wire just enough that it wasn't connecting any more.

All better now, and next time I need to take the bumper off, I'll pull the whole harness instead of just flipping the lights into the trunk.
