Bad Climate Control Module - 2007 GT

Okay, a while ago I had been having trouble with the blend door actuator on my car. It had been fixed and replaced several times. The mechanic told me that it could be the climate control module that is gong bad as well. Im starting to think he may be right. Today, it was in the upper 90s outside. I had my a/c on and I had the dial turned almost all the way to the maximum cold but not all the way. it felt as if warmer air was blowing, so I moved all the way to the end of the blue side, then the cold air started coming. I don't know if the heat had an affect, or if the a/c was just working harder because of the high temperatures. does this make any sense?

Have you had any unpleasant, strong smell in the cabin? Just asking - it might be the evap core.

I thought you replaced that a while ago already. Saw some on ebay used for like $40-$50.

I haven't yet, I just ordered one last night. I also had to order another actuator as well.

No, no smells or anything. The temperature here lately has been in the 90s with a heat index of 105 so it might just be the heat
