Anyone on the waiting list to order a GT500?
Also, has Ford released any info as to how many GT500's they will build for the '07 model year? One dealership I talked to said they were only getting 2 GT500's for all of '07.

I am on two listings currently. Allocations is one thing, total production is around 7,000-10,000 reportedly. As long as you are not in a rush you will be able to get one at MSRP.

I am!
I am #1 with a dealer (freind) promising sticker price.
I have a deposit at another (larger) dealer. Probably at sticker, but unconfirmed, and I am on a list at the area's largest local dealer.
I am in contact with the first 2 dealers on a regular basis. At present, looks like I may be able to buy 2 at sticker. Only want one though, but so far-lookin good!

I am #1 at one dealership and #5 at a second.
The dealership that I am #1 on has not offered any information on how much they are going to add as a "market adjustment". They are expecting to receive 6 Shelbys.
The dealership I am #5 on says they will get as much as they can above MSRP and are expecting $10,000 - $20,000 as a market adustment. They are expecting 3 Shelbys and the GM plans on buying one of them.
Sad to say that I probably won't end up with a new Shelby. I can afford MSRP + a couple grand, but there is no way I can go up to around $60,000 for it
