You may want to pull the tires and see if the rotor retaining clips are still on the studs. Some have found them still on the cars (Only used at the factory during assembly). Having these still on the studs prevents the wheel from seating all the way down properly and will cause the wheel to become off balance. If they are there.... just pull them off.

I think I remember seeing those when I rotated the tires. I can see how that would cause some lateral runout for sure because I think it was only on one stud on each rotor. Thanks.
