My brother is four years old and we put his car seat in the back of my Dads 05. Just make sure the 3 and 4 year olds dont dirty up the seat.

 

The rule for my daughter is the shoes come off in the back seat.
She wears slip-ons.

I don't attach the velcro stuff at the bottom though. I've actually been pleasantly suprised with how easy it has been to get my daughter back there.

 

I hadn't checked the leather under the child seat in a while but after further review I discovered that the seat does add a bit of depression damage. I just had the wife purchase a couple of the protection items mentioned in this thread. :bang:
