Is anyone else going to be competing at Englishtown Raceway Park in their annual Ford & Mustang Showdown on Aughust 27th, 9 AM? If anyone from the boards is going, I hope to see you there!

Well, it was a lot of fun! There was one guy there with another '05 Mustnag GT, but he drove it terribly... he kept getting 15.8s!!! He was really bad, and he sort of followed me and my g/f around everywhere, lol. Weird guy.

I made it to the finals and I was racing my girlfriend's father (he's the current champion of Ford Showdowns). Well, I cut a great light (.012, I had been cutting mostly sub .025s all day) and was a bus length ahead of my g/f's dad... I got so excited I forget to let off the gas at the top end and (you guessed it) I broke out. Close but no cigar, lol.

There's another Ford & Mustang Showdown in November. Check out www.etownraceway.com for specific dates/times. I hope to see some TMS members floating around next time!

I was on 18 heading north on my way to Rittenhouse Ford in Shrewsbury ( was in my 04 yellow mach1 ) i seen 2 heavily modified GT's (2002-2004)....young guys were driving next to eachother, they waived at me.....they had pennsylvania plates...
